Born and raised in Northern California and currently living in Austin, Texas, Laura’s Western sensibilities are undeniable. While studying at University of California, Davis, she worked as a front desk agent and discovered Hospitality cultivated her inherent drive for discovery, ingenuity and community. Leadership and task force roles in sales, catering and events have taken Laura to 14 cities in 11 states to work for 8 companies across 21 brands; ranging from destination luxury resorts and casinos to city center convention and airport hotels. Inspired by working with innovation-leading conferences such as Consumer Electronics Show, Comic-Con and South by Southwest, she's also planned experiential activations and conferences in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Often asked what location or role is her favorite, Laura's reply is reflective of what she's learned through the years... No two are alike. Each is enriching in its own way for challenge and growth.
